Dickens and Herd have always provided excellent service to me and my partner. The glasses are top of the range. I saved myself 250 dollars by switching to this optometrists (for the exact frames and equal quality lens elsewhere). Not only that, even though the prescription was the same as my old ones, the vision and lens seems much clearer for some reason. There is absolutely no reflection or glare which is amazing considering the price. When I first called, they immediately offered to hold the frames I wanted till I could come back to the store. They also got my prescription and a quote within five minutes. Then they were very flexible with payment deposits. Finally, the process of making the glasses was so fast. I couldn’t ask for better customer service and value for money.
